Convenient and efficient

Our Click and Collect service is provided free and means you can collect your online order from a convenient branch near you.  To choose this option select the Click and Collect button when making a purchase.

When will my order be ready

Once your order has been submitted you will receive an automated order confirmation. When your order has been processed you will receive a 2nd email to confirm order is placed and stock is available. Please do not arrive before you receive this 2nd email as it could take a few hours to process. This is generally within 2 hours of us receiving your order depending on the time table below.

Please adhere to the following collection times to avoid any wasted journey.

  • Opening Hours - Click & Collect counters are open Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 3.00pm (West Hampstead from 8.00am to 11:00am)
  • Afternoon Orders - Orders created Monday-Friday after 1pm will be available for collection in branch the following day from 8:00am.
  • Weekend Orders - Orders created during weekends will be available for collection in branch the following Monday from 8:00am. 
  • Bank Holiday Orders - On bank holidays please allow for an extra working day for you order to be ready.

What you need to bring with you to collect your order

Orders may be collected from our Click and Collect counters in your selected branch during Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 3:00pm (West Hampstead until 11:00am). Please remember to bring along your email order confirmation, your payment card and suitable photographic identification such as your Driving Licence. If you have purchased a product where their is a minimum age of 21, such as a knife, we will require proof of your date of birth. We will not release orders to courier companies or 3rd parties without the order confirmation and suitable identification.

What happens if you fail to collect your order

If your order has not been collected within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that your order is ready to collect, a member of our staff will be in contact.  We can only keep orders for 5 working days, after this time the stock will be re-allocated and the branch will be in contact to arrange a full refund.

Restrictions on Click and Collect orders

You will not be able to split your order between between more than 1 branch.  If you need to do this, you will have to do so on separate orders.

We do not provide a pay in store service, therefore your order must be paid for when you select the Click and Collect button, unless you are a credit account customer.
