Are you tired of driving to the store in busy traffic only to find they don’t have your product in stock? With MP Moran Click and Collect there will be no more wasted journeys.
Our Click and Collect service is provided free and means you can collect your online order from a convenient branch near you. To choose this option select the Click and Collect button when making a purchase.
Once your order has been submitted you will receive an order confirmation. When your order has been ‘picked ready for collection’ you will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email or call or SMS from the branch. This is generally within 4 hours of us receiving your order depending on the time we receive your order and stock availability. Give us a call if you want to check on the status of your order.
Our Click and Collect Counters are open for collections Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm and Saturday 9:30am to 1pm
Orders created Monday-Friday after 12 noon will be available for collection in branch the following day from 9:30am Orders created during weekends will be available for collection in branch the following Monday from 9:30am. We may have your orders ready earlier than 9:30am this but please call your Click and Collect branch first to confirm.
Orders may be collected from our Click and Collect counters in your selected branch during Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm and Saturday 9:30am to 1pm. Please remember to bring along your email order confirmation, your payment card and suitable photographic identification such as your Driving Licence. If you have purchased a product where their is a minimum age of 21, such as a knife, we will require proof of your date of birth. We will not release orders to courier companies or 3rd parties without the order confirmation and suitable identification.
If your order has not been collected within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that your order is ready to collect, a member of our staff will be in contact. We can only keep orders for 5 working days, after this time the stock will be re-allocated and the branch will be in contact to arrange a full refund.
You will not be able to split your order between delivery and click and collect, or split your order between more than 1 branch. If you need to do this, you will have to do so on separate orders.
We do not provide a pay in store service, therefore your order must be paid for when you select the Click and Collect button, unless you are a credit account customer.
