Delivery Information

• Our 3rd party courier delivers lighter and non-liquid or gas products Nationally to postcodes in the Grey zone.
• Unfortunately our courier can't deliver very heavy, liquid, gas or products that exceed 770mm in length. Most sanitaryware products are also excluded from delivery via courier due to their fragile nature. 
• Deliveries via our courier will be between Monday to Friday.
• We aim to deliver within 2 working days from us receiving your order, although we state 2-5 working days.
• COVID-19 Update - We are aiming to continue to deliver within 2-5 working days. However, due to the current situation delivery time may be extended to 5 - 7 working days or slightly longer on occasion. If you have any queries regarding this please contact your local branch or us on sales@mpmoran.co.uk.

Unfortunately our delivery area does not currently cover Northern Ireland, or the Scottish Highlands or Islands.

Good communication

Please let us know if you require a call to let you know when we are on our way.  Note that our deliveries are to kerbside only so make sure someone who is able to lift the delivery will be home or onsite to accept the shipment.  It really helps if you let us know if there are any issues with access to your property or the site ie. is it on a bus lane or a very narrow street.  This is important as to what type of vehicle we send with your delivery. 

Our Driver may ask to see your ID

If your delivery address is not the same as your card billing address our driver may ask to see your payment card and/or suitable photographic identification such as your Driving Licence.  If you have purchased a product where there is a minimum age of 21, such as a knife, they will require proof of your date of birth to release the delivery.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are between 7:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, and 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays.  We do not currently do deliveries on a Sunday.  If an order is received before 12:00 noon on a Thursday and we have the products in stock we could have the order with you by the weekend.  We aim to dispatch all our orders between 2-5 days, in some instances it may be possible to deliver sooner than this.

Delivery Cost (for orders made online)

Free Standard Delivery is available on all online orders over £150 (incl VAT).  For online orders under £150 (incl VAT) the delivery charges will be £15.00 (incl VAT).
