The fibres of a synthetic carpet become damaged when walked upon, so that they trap dirt more easily.

Features:

HG carpet and upholstery cleaner removes the dirt and fills up the gaps in the fibre surface with a dirt repellent layer.
Woollen carpets have more or less the same problem, as the natural wool grease gradually disappears.
Replenishes the natural wool grease with a dirt repellent material.
