The Marley Modern roof tile is a hugely popular, flat, single-lap interlocking tile, ideal for new builds, extensions and home renovations.

Features:

This large format tile features a traditional flat profile design with a sleek, slate like appearance.
A major benefit of the Marley Modern is that it can be used on roof pitches as low as 17.5°.
Modern should be laid broken bond. The required broken bond pattern is created by the introduction of half slates, to form verges and abutments in alternate courses.
Purpose made half slates are available and can be formed on site by cutting along the scoreline.
