Cancelling Your Order After Dispatch, but Before Delivery
If your order has been dispatched but not yet delivered, you can still cancel or reschedule.
You will incur the delivery cost to cover operating expenses.

Returning Unwanted Items at Delivery
If you're in the MP Moran green delivery zone, ask our driver to return any unwanted items during delivery.
For courier-delivered items, you can refuse them upon delivery.
Make sure to inform the driver and mark it on the paperwork for an efficient refund process.
Once we receive the goods, your refund (excluding delivery cost) will be processed within 14 days.
Returning Unwanted Items to an MP Moran Store
Visit one of our London or Hertfordshire stores with your proof of purchase and payment card.
Your refund will exclude the delivery cost if your products were delivered.
Returning Unwanted Items by Courier/Royal Mail
Email Customersupport@mpmoran.co.uk before returning any unwanted items.
You may be asked to provide photographs of the items.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost and should use a tracked delivery service.

Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
