Reasons to Return:

Surplus to Requirements, Ordered Incorrect Item or Maybe You’ve Changed Your Mind

Returning a Product Because it Has a Fault

Returning a Product Because it is Damaged on Delivery

You must return product within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Products Not Eligible For Refunds:

Perishable products
PIR insulation boards, plaster-based products, and cementations goods
Products with a short shelf life or sell-by date
Made-to-measure or bespoke products and cut sheet materials
Mixed paints and liquids
Opened chemicals or liquids
Opened toilet seats
Opened sealed/sensitive electrical goods such as circuit boards
Opened boilers
Copper pipes where damage cannot be ruled out
Specially ordered products (for in-store customers only)
Direct deliveries from our suppliers to you (for in-store customers only)
Fitted or installed goods
Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Once MP Moran receives your returned product, they will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
