Product Information

Heavy duty cavity wall anchor for use in plasterboard, most hollow concrete block, cavity walls and ceilings.

Features:

Pack includes both 40mm and 60mm screws for a wider variety of fixture thicknesses.
Zinc plated and passivated (3 microns) pan head machine screws.
Standard metric thread.
Rapid installation, just Zip & Fix.

Drill:

Drill a 13mm hole in the substrate - 50mm cavity clearance required behind substrate.

Push:

Ensuring the thumb tab faces upwards, insert the metal toggle through the hole, so it pivots down behind the substrate.

Zip:

Zip the nylon collar towards the wall so the collar sits into the drilled hole.
Snapp off the nylon arms.

Fix:

Insert a M6 screw through the fixture and into the threaded part of Zip-Fix and tighten until secure.
